The rooms are budget and updated and have gorgeous views of the park. The location it offers is particularly good, not far from the Bronze Boar in the Mercato Nuovo, major sights, and the market central. Florence Historic Centre district is worth your attention.

The hotel staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. I arrived after a 12 hour delay & was greeted with gentle concern for my well being and a glass of wine. Imagine my surprise when I looked out my window and saw a glorious view; Instagram-able! The location was walkable and convenient, incredibly clean, and had everything I needed for my week in Florence.
The staff Location Great value Cleanliness The staff!
It isn’t a luxury hotel, but still perfect for staying in the room when you need a rest from the beautiful city. An extra USB charging port would be useful.

Staff were very accomodating.
Hadn't realised it was located on such a busy road with a very public park opposite. Next time, I will ask for a room that doesn't open to the road.

Good value for money. Clean room. Staff was very different. We were welcomed by a really nice man who was very helpful and could speak French, English, Portugese etc...sadly we did not see him again the next day. They arranged to park our car, which was a real plus, as Florence is a busy town with lots of one-way roads. Location good - on a big square with trees - nice to walk to centre near by.
Quality of help and guidance could vary a lot depending on the receptionist... The main one we had to deal with on Sat evening and Sunday morning was not great...

The hotel is close to the station.Easy to locate and close to the shops and tour sites. The staff were friendly
Just that the breakfast room flows around the rooms on the 1st floor and you are disturbed by early morning preparations for breakfast which starts from 7am

The staff were very friendly and there was a lovely balcony you can sit on to eat breakfast. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast had a good range of choices. It was also very central but not at all noisy (I was in a room at the back of the hotel).

This hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the center of Florence and just 5 minutes from the train station. The area seems a little less developed then the downtown hotels but there was always plenty of people around and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was actually nice to get away from the extreme tourist area whee the restaurants have a sidewalk salesperson trying to seat you. I felt this hotel was a good value.

This place is great, and has fast Wi-Fi, convenient luggage storage, and helpful 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff assisted me with currency exchange recommendations. I'd recommend asking for room 308 for extra space. Coming back for a business trip!

The receptionist/manager (?) Giusepe was as nice as anyone has ever been in accommodating us. Great location for our multi-purpose visit to Florence, especially the acces to the S. Lorenzan market! Enjoyed the stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
